DSIRE is the most comprehensive source of information on incentives and policies that support renewables and energy efficiency in the United States.  This list can be sorted by state and includes information on the ITC (Investment Tax Credit) of 30% that was recently extended through 2018, with a gradual step down of the credits between 2019 and 2022.
